I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day although I know that the number is based on a Japanese commercial (1). But it helped me to lose weight and fight my depression so kudos to whatever agency came up with the idea.

Action item for me - push people to do a phone call rather than a zoom, then I do it while walking.
My Dad and I are like this.
Any time we need to make phone call, we go for a walk.

That took convincing the titans of those industries.
All those conversations occurred on walks in the forests behind Apple headquarters.
Walks are a super power.
