Congrats! that's incredible man
But you're famous! How much your fame and good looks helped with that?
Hard to quantify. But clearly a lot, that's for sure.
I played with ads (cold audience) and it worked well too (~$15K rev for $5K spent) so the Twitter audience isn't 100%

What type of ads? Twitter or elsewhere? Google?
And he is also smart! I bet he wouldn't be able to achieve it without those qualities! /s
I just signed up for your affiliate program and am going to make us some money hopefully. You beat me to it, I have been wanting to do something like this for about 8 years now.
Affiliates are getting great results, good luck!
how long is the affiliate cookie good for? i referred about 300+ people so far.
You actually exemplify - `To see a miracle, be the Miracle`!!!

>Customers do NOT buy code.

Selling react like this to hapless people is gross. This is 100% a grift.

Fuck me. Congrats
this is fucking brilliant!
I'm a self-taught mediocre dev without a job.
I love building apps and launched 17 products in the last 2 years ( all of them: https://www.marclou.com/ )
I realized I was doing the same thing over and over: set up DNS records, listen to Stripe webhooks, design pricing section... So I built ShipFast ( https://shipfa.st/ ) for 3 reasons:
1. Save time and focus on what matters: building a business 2. Avoid headaches like emails ending in spam or waiting 3 days for Google to approve 3. Get profitable fast
When I launched 4.5 months ago, I told my wife "we're lucky if we make $100"
Fast forward to today, the boilerplate has made $220K in revenue (~$200K in profits) and helped 1,500 devs launch their startups.
I created a community on Discord and there are new products launched daily and makers earning their first $1 online, which makes me happy.
Revenue isn't slowing down ($1.9K today, $2.2K yesterday). That's the first time in my life having enough money without having to think about paying the bills.
I have no clue what's next. Just thought it would be nice to share here on HN where my journey started (in Show HN: to be precise)
