I am going to do the opposite of all of that advice to ensure I will never do something as stupid as voluntarily work 100 hours a week.
Pretty good advice tbh... A Google Drive link to a PDF didn't have my hopes up, and nothing life changing in there per se, but just some solid advice.

Au contraire, it means motives are most likely pure. No ads, etc.

That's a fair point. It does signal a preoccupation with simply publishing one's thoughts in whatever way one can.
The most charitable read I have of this is the author could be someone committed to "Financial Independence Retire Early" (FIRE). Front-load min-max your work life for a few years so you never have to do that again.
If that's not the case, then this is a recipe for disaster, at the very least health-wise and socially. This is neither sustainable nor productive.

Work: Don't work 100+ hours per week. You'll probably destroy your physical and mental health.
Stress: Don't power through stress too much, since it has secret costs. Demand that unnecessary stressful BS be stopped, or get away.
Diet: Don't forget the fiber.

How I work 120+ hrs/week
- gallons of caffeine - power naps instead of sleep, no schedule - eat as much as you need whenever you need - no need for water, run on espresso - spend rest time playing video games - minimum 3 glasses of wine per dag

This is a general advice for life improvement. I ve been doing all of that for at least 2 years( except quiting coffee), and it improved everything, not only work.
the biggest problem is stress. Once you get into the stress treadmill every hour feels like 5.
How about no. More working hours won’t bring you happiness, it won’t fulfill your lack of XY, and most certainly it won’t make you wealthy either.
I thought this was a joke at first. He says he "feels great" but I can't help but be skeptical about that claim. Maybe I'm soft because I think a 40 is reasonable and prudent.
It’s the old typical corporate mindset, “work hard and play hard, son!!”, “fast paced work environment!!”, among others, through years and years of brainwashing, they make it not just normal but a sign of success that you woke up at 5 AM and grind like a rat for the corpo till it’s 7pm and by that time you don’t have energy for anything, devoting your life, family, relationships, youth, and everything about you so that the corporate gets bigger and better, gaslit a whole generation that the only family you need and relationship you want is by and through the work, and the more hours your put the more successful person you are.. a “family” that will have no issue to replace you in a week, and see no problem not to mandate a paid vacation for its “family members”, which is something you can sense in the old generation, their lives are about work, they have nothing outside of it and thus they find it hard to retire, and hard to comprehend that you can do work from home.
Imagine living to work. I sure hope its worth it to you.
