Finding way too many mistakes in Hennessy-Patterson

You could just write Patterson directly. I would first write him a short email with maybe one example and then ask if he would be interested in seeing the rest. Check out your examples with someone else before writing him. If you are not right about the first one, he will likely not want to see the rest.
For future reference, what is the printing date / edition?

Apart from these small mistakes, the textbook is absolutely amazing and I'm learning a ton from it. Needless to say, I will at least try to submit these errata, but I just want to know if others who are reading the book are getting the same problem.
Or maybe, I'm just tripping.
