Is it me, or is the "$1,816/mo HOA" fee just insane?
For that low price you get the novelty of getting to watch a marble roll across your floor due to tilt. https://youtu.be/UaEgkt8rGww?si=YuuX7H-7MG81WraC&t=14
Does the price go down proportionally with the degree of tilt?
Pretty common in SF unfortunately.
Real estate in SF is completely broken unless you make 7 figures a year. At which point one can join the game to make it even more broken.

Is that just for shared services or does it go towards the costs to repair the bad design?
Are prices also down in buildings adjacent to the Tower?

"The problem, press representatives previously said, was that 301 Mission had been built on top of sand as opposed to bedrock, lending its infamous tilt. "
And now fully anchored to bedrock. Modern engineering for you.

And now sinking again. [0]
