Human interpretation of RFC's could be a lot better. Example would be agreed upon interpretations of handshake standards among network card OEM's or NVME to USB standards among different OEM's and so on. There are standards but everyone has their own interpretation of them and it's sometimes just pure luck that devices manage to inter-operate. I have no idea how this could be improved.
Like Web Consortium,yeah that would make this tech faster than existing devices in terms of interoperability and provide better performance
