Are we allowed to promote ourselves here?
Title says it all. I gave the rules a quick look and I didn't see anything about self promotion. The job market seems pretty tough for me lately and I've been unable to reach even the human stage of the recruitment process. I thought my resume would be interesting enough to have a 15 min phone call about, seeing as I've had 3+ years of experience working at places like Meta and smaller companies like Tillster. Has anyone had success or heard of anyone having success posting their resumes here?

There are monthly "who wants to be hired" threads. Please use those.
Other than that, if you have interesting projects, blog posts etc., that kind of promotion is always welcome, as long as you don't exclusively submit your own stuff one after the other.

I shared my profile on whoishiring[1] once, didn't get anywhere. To be honest I doubt that'll work unless you've got something that's in demand.
Bit surprising that you can't even get interviews after working at Meta. How pick are you with the roles?
