How did you decide $20 a month or $196 prepaid for 12 months was a good value to the user?
I just went with profit margins, I wanted to be at a 70% profit margin and then I rounded up the price, Once I get more of product value and product market fit, I will adjust the prices.
A product like this is in a tight spot. The real value provided by AI can be pretty negligible or hard to extract for a new user to your service, so having them pay the same monthly price as Gemini Pro (when it can also make slides) makes me wonder where this fits.
