A 4-star general previously in charge of U.S. missile defense reports directly to Musk at SpaceX for years (Gen. Terrence J O'Shaughnessy). Musk received billions back in 2001 from the head of the Golden Dome's predecessor--Strategic Defense Initiative. See Michael D. Griffin funding 85% of SpaceX while Elon was still a PayPal dude with zero launch success.
