The premise is correct, but this particular source is definitely an ad for a blood testing program.

Sponsored content can still be well written. This one has that paragraphs-blurring-together-meaninglessly with some random-jargon effect sprinkled on that used to make me think commercial writing, but which I increasingly suspect to be slop.
