Just another mechanism like Jails, the medical systems, the welfare system etc
When you are within a system of receiving say $1000 a month or maybe $10,000 a month while you the beneficiary remain ignorant and hooked on the "Universal basic income (UBI)" or welfare cheque, or free pills, or 'prison cell'
yet the administrator keeps the rest - when will you wake up - educate yourself and claim the full beneficiary income??!!
you deserve all you get - do you remain a plebeian (citizen) or work towards patrician (denizen)?
