I don't think pointing out Knuth is valid in this case. What happens with people way outside the curve most likely does not apply to everyone within the standard deviation (or maybe even a few times it) .
I am not saying that I agree or disagree with the conclusion, mind you.
Or you could just not interact with the people you don't want to interact with.
I don't think any transhuman has a vision of transhumanity where you are physically impossible to suicide or are forced to interact with certain people.
I might be missing something, but the question itself seems to be false.
I already am whatever I am. Both my masks and my behavior when alone are part of me. If some part of me does not fit me for whatever reason, I work to ditch it. If there is something I don't have and want to have, I work to acquire such trait. Attaching truth values to this seems silly.
What do you mean by staying true to yourself (and the opposite)? How would you spot it?
Very, very few people have no capability for violence. Guns are a thing and even people that normally wouldn't be a treat can poke a knife on your kidney from behind.
Why bother using that separation when very few are on the side of no capability?
>Most people will buy the game if they can, but the world economics are such that for 90% of your potential user base, 60$ represent an insurmountable financial investment.
>Bulllllllshiiiiiiiiit.
The third world is numerically bigger than the first world.
60$ is a lot for places without a strong currency.
Have you ever lived in a third world country with a wage that wasn't above the richest 5%?
Yeah, I'm a long time lurker and created an account just for that.
