Nuclear power costs a lot of money and is highly subsidiest.

A nuclear power plant needs tons of protection mechanism: has to withstand air plane attack, security clearance for all employees, tons of regulation.

Do you know what happens in Germany when a castor transport happens?

Do you know how expensive Tschernobyl still is?

And then you have the waste.

My comment regarding education was for current Germany.

Modern Germany.

The country who helps tremendously around the globe with stable politics.

The country which did not hide it's past. We all learn in school about ww2.

Renewable most of the time allows to keep reserves and use them when necessary.

Also the renewable story is not just solar and wind but also short term energy storage.

The dependency to Russian gas is only 30%. Adding more thermal solar energy on roofs and bigger heat water storage is relatively easy to achieve.

Of course Germany should have pushed renewable even further and we did not. It's frustrating to see so little solar panels in cities.

Currently the sanction level is not low. It's already surprising high. Totally different to Crimea.

It's a different philosophy.

German is trying to be diplomatic and logical about it and not a military bully like the USA.

All your trump stuff doesn't matter, we are not the USA. We do not want to be proud Germans having dead relatives dying in useless wars.

Putin's attack on kiev is not just a bad day because of the death but also because the hopes of having proper diplomatic talks with Putin failed.

It's still a good thing that we tried.

We have a stable democracy for over 70 years. We are Europa power house, highly educated, make peace around the globe.

We have better soviel standards than most countries. Are way more social than USA.

You should really educate yourself...

It's just not that easy.

The war is a few days old. Everyone was hoping Putin is not lying in there faces.

Ukraine is not in the NATO and you want to find the right balance between total war and diplomatic ways.

And yes Russia has nuklear weapons btw.

Are you not aware that the fuel for nuklear is limited?

Do you ignore how cheap renewable is and how much nuklear is subsidiest?

Do you not care that no nuklear power operator has limited liability which means the costs of accidents are paid by all of us?

Is there anything of a real argument you can provide to proof your 'cashgrab shit against the naive hippies' statement?

Green is on the other side true but the current legislation works well together as far as I'm experiencing it.

It feels more like modern cooperation working together.

He made a plan for a new renewable energy push and started to visit every constituent state to discuss his plans. He is doing this hands on and pushing a strong renewable agenda.

There are already plans for laws which will force more investment and reduce burdens.

He talked about it in length just in January.

Independent of the military spending the military power of NATO is still bigger than Russia.

This is the point I made.

The greens were not in power whe Merkel decided this.

We also did not should down all of them.

And we still have energy. My flat is warm.

The Russian gas only makes 20-30%.

I'm totally lost on this weird rethoric.

And the greens, now in power, will startup the renewable push, see what habeck said and already is doing. CSU/CDU started it but didn't push through.
