We are a small-ish (under 100 people) EdTech SaaS with over 7,500 institutional customers in 100+ countries.

Tech stack: AWS, Linux/nginx/php/mysql/redis/es on the back-end, and JS/Angular on the front-end.

Experience/Requirements: 5+ years experience with web software development. Full-stack generalists as well as front/back end specialists are welcome.

Ability to work with complex code base, refactor code, and apply design patterns Strong experience in OOP and MVC concepts and writing performant code * Strong remote work experience and communication skills

Residency requirements: These are full-time WFH positions but to be on our payroll you must be a resident of one of the following US States: FL, NY, MA, PA, KY, TX, or CA. We also welcome international candidates but the hours must overlap significantly with the US working hours.

Do you love Libraries (not just code libraries but the actual institutions e.g. your local public library, your college library, or your kids' school library)? We're a well-established (founded in 2007) yet small-ish (under 100 people) EdTech SaaS provider with over 7,000 institutional customers in 90 countries.

Tech stack: Linux/nginx/php/mysql/redis/elasticsearch/elasticache on the back-end, and JS/Angular/html5 on the front-end, all hosted on AWS cloud.

Experience/Requirements: * 5+ years experience with core PHP and MySQL/Redis * Working knowledge of HTML5/JS/CSS and/or Angular * Familiarity with developing mobile-first, accessible web apps * Ability to work with complex code base, refactor code, and apply design patterns * Strong experience in OOP and MVC concepts and writing performant code * Familiarity with web and cloud security concerns and remedies * Strong remote work experience and communication skills

Residency requirements: This is a remote work position but to be on our payroll you must be a resident of one of the following US States: FL, NY, MA, PA, KY, TX, or CA. We will consider exceptional international candidates but the hours must overlap significantly with the US working hours.
