I love Tasmota! I have a large cooker hood that I built into an alcove. Works fine, except my wife and children can't reach the buttons. I soldered wires to the button circuit board and connected a Sonoff 4CH Pro (basically 4 wifi connected relays) and a Sonoff remote control.

Not only can I operate the cooker hood with the remote control, through Home Assistant I also made an automation where I just shout 'Hey Google let's cook', which turns on all the lights in the kitchen and dining room and turns on the fan.

Yes! To me, the iPhone 4 was the pinnacle of phone design and useability. I'd love to have a modern phone with a decent camera in this form factor. AR, NFC, wireless charging are cool, but I don't really NEED them. A decent camera, a small form factor so it fits in my front pocket and battery life are much more important to me.

I own a iPhone 8 plus now, thinking I could get used to the size. I can't, even after almost 2 years it's still annoying. I love the screen, I love the screen size for viewing videos and playing games, but I loathe the size of the thing itself. I wouldn't mind giving up screen real estate for a smaller form factor phone.

I'm staggered by the mysogyny in this thread. A good relationship isn't based on how attractive you are, how much money you make or whether you behave arrogant or not. This implies that women are helpless, will-less creatures that just flock to the peacock with the biggest feathers. A good relationship is based on mutual respect and love.

If you think that your paycheck is a factor in finding a woman I have news for you: you get the women you deserve.

Maybe... On the other hand, keeping silent doesn't seem to convert a whole lot of skeptics either. And revealing a couple of successes would probably result in a lot more votes for your administration the next elections, right?

Genuinly curious: why would they hide their successes? It would change public perception about the surveillance, and it would also act as a deterrent to potential terrorists. I get that they don't want to reveal their methods, but I can't see any issues with sharing their successes.
