We work in this space and have found that, very often, the realities on the ground do not match the digital information, especially when it comes to geospatial data, where businesses exist, what businesses actually exist, and their status. I agree with all these points. I would also like to add that; I noticed that I need to over communicate everything and give a level of detail around what needs to be done. It could be the people we hired, but I have noticed this at other places where I worked.
