People flag everything they don't like instead of downvoting stuff. In fact some platforms don't even have a "downvote"
button, so "report" button becomes a replacement and hogs all human moderation resources.
I would never hire someone with public activism record. In fact I'd rather hire someone with prior criminal record, as they actually have a chance to recover.
Preferably politically charged controversial subjects and ideological warfare, right wing bias only (leftists typically don’t have a sense of humor so it would be hard to sound authentic)
