Well done that guy - but this is amazon trying to make itself look warm and cuddly - and maybe they are a bit better than other big online companies but treat uour workers better maybe stop trying to grow infinitely and try and be more sustainable - not to yoru profits margin but your people. Oh and not just "distinguisehd" engineers - box packers too...
Perhaps we will learn how to be less sensitive from this - I believe that much of humanities problems are from sensitivity rather than aggression. If we disengage from the conversation and view the interaction as a remote conversation - it is much easier to be dispassionate and calm. I guess it will make real in-person conversation much more fulfilling.
