I fount it really funny how Goldman counter-sued Ms. Baker knowing full well the Bakers were broke. What a bunch of dogs. Doesn't surprise me... with all the crap they pull these days and get away with.
I hope they get taken for the full amount claimed by the Bakers. Even though they made some huge mistakes, a firm that's supposed to advise them and act in their best interest failed to do the most basic of tasks no matter what bs excuse they cooked up ie vacations.
Anybody who thinks they have any sort of privacy on facebook is an idiot.
I'm an IM and with a little social engineering I can take all of your info, all of your family's and friend's info, ruin your relationships and put you in debt in a matter of days. The fact that users willingly share so much info is enough to overcome any privacy safeguard in place.
It's called critical thinking. When you see what facebook is doing to our identity then you start to realize just how creepy it is. Google seems to be going down the same path
This needs to be the #1 story on HackerNews for a week. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MONOPOLIZING CABLE COMPANIES. The article hits right on the spot, word for word. It's time we do something about this, it's time we have some competition and reasonable prices. IT'S TIME TO ACT!
Why not build an app that keeps a log of every time you log into your email, stores it to x specified # of logins and sends you an sms showing your email activity including # of logins, what time and IP address.
