Have you tried 3rd party push companies like Urban Airship or Parse? Looking at those two options Vs. building it ourselves... Any advice would be welcomed (expecting about 5-10k pushes/day).
Super fascinating read. It's also great because it will create a commercially viable reason for companies to want to explore space, which will make it cheaper for everyone else.
Really interesting article. HBR is awesome. You should checkout Ray Kurzweil & Michio Kaku if you want to really dive deep into AI and the eventual robot revolution that will take over all mundane jobs (and eventually complex jobs). Kind of makes you wonder what the human experience will be like if no one will need to work for a living
Elon is amazing human being. Solar City, Tesla, SpaceX and now the home energy market. It's trendy (and expensive), but at the end of the day I think it can help to draw more attention to the space and environmental consciousness. Hopefully it's not just a fad...
Doesn't this sound like they're attempting to take traffic (and revenue) away from other publishers? If you can read the articles on Facebook, why would you want to go to a different website to read the same thing (obviously loyal users won't leave)... Just seems like Facebook is trying to become a news organization vs a social network.
It's awesome that Netflix finally released this in braille (it took some fan outrage). Seems sadly ironic they didn't do it when they first released the series...
Really interesting article. I used WeChat when I was in China. Super fun and definitely has a lot more you can do (like pay your rent). I'm curious to see if it will ever become big outside of China. Thoughts?
