Not always. Our startup's rented suite in DTLA did not have janitorial services provided for (only common building areas) and no security guard. Access cards? It was a metal key.
I have gigabit fiber internet (up and down) in LA for $80/m from AT&T. It's incredible, and I can't believe they offer it. I can't imagine that would be the case today if Google Fiber never existed.
It’s pretty incredible speed. However, their customer service is atrocious. I signed up for a $70/m deal for the first year. This was confirmed by the sales rep. Then I was billed $80/m. They refused to do anything about it, saying the $70/m offer never existed.

They can't monetize videos they don't host.
He also said he will "ship" his product and badmouthed his competitors for not shipping. Then he cancelled his product after one cease and desist. George is a brilliant mind, but I hope he figures out how to become a better entrepreneur. He has so much potential.
