Let's assume the exchanges provide honest information. Does a trade mean that money has flown into Bitcoin? No. A day trader for example sells and buys his Bitcoins several time a day. We cannot conclude from these trades that a multiple of his Bitcoins has flown into Bitcoin as fiat money.
Guessing keys should never be an option, otherwise Bitcoin needs to upgrade its cryptographic functions.
The supply will be shrinking in the sense of the asset/currency becoming deflationary at some point, as soon as 'lost Bitcoins > mining reward'.
The limit of 21 million is arbitrary. Actually the current maximum in terms of units is 2,100 trillion, as you can divide every Bitcoin in 10^8 units.
As a hard fork can update this denomination, there is nothing that limits Bitcoin to be adopted by a large audience.

I assume this is highly dependend on the task and male teams make up for their weaknesses with other qualities in the long-term, like ambition and persistency.
I am surprised that they say that more women lead to a better performance. There is no single female-dominated team that comes to my mind that achieved exceptional performance. All the great achievements and inventions of humanity, top notch startups, product teams etc. - all consisting of few or no women. Am I missing here something?
We had about 40 OCZ drives (Vertex 2/3/3 Max IOPS) and 6 of them failed. Our 8 Vertex 3 Max IOPS were in RAID 5 for a huge calculations which didn't require reliability but wrote a lot of data and therfore we tried to save time with this experimental RAID. The RAID was fine for about a couple of month and seeing almost 3 GB/s throughput was mindblowing. But suddenly we we saw drives randomly failing. But the drives did not completly fail, we were able to rebuild the RAID with the same hard drive. We did that a couple of times until we thought it was too much hassle and used the drives somewhere else. Now we are buying Crucial M4s and they are totally fine. In the first place a hard drive must be reliable.
