hired as a senior manager, reshuffling happens and job title becomes "senior analyst".
now I feel dir+ folks do not have the same respect as before and overall treat me like crap.
I have 10+ years of experience in my line of work. I'm afraid I'll need to update my linkedin job title at some point and I won't be able to interview for a manager role anymore.
