I've always emailed [email protected] with any issues/changes/etc. with my Comcast. Provide them with with all the account info and a phone number. Someone has always called me back within 24hrs that had the authority to make changes or cancel. Hope that helps.
Cannot stress enough how happy I've been since moving all my domain names to Google. Also, sometimes I've had questions and their phone support has been spot on. Side note (my 2 cents): In the past, I was happy with using Hover.com and thought their support was top notch, Google blows them away.
Thanks, I was aware of that site and problems long before I purchased my 2015 MBP-R 13". I have only used Whoosh cleaner and I'm starting to notice a stain. I'm guessing this is why Apple pulled this product.
