I'll leave the company and will stop using any product or service owned by Idera. But I don't think you would do that given your situation.
If I were you I would find out who the key decision makers are of the company. What they are like and how they do things. Befriend them and lobby hard. Not thank it would do much if you are not already well connected. God pointy-headed bosses are worst.

Can you elaborate on the problem with the relationship between Tesonet, NordVPN and ProtonVPN. Also does your problem with ProtonVPN extend to protonmail? Should I be considering switching to a new email?
Tax government subsidies at 100% percent? That is absurd and I doubt that is constitutional. Or is it? Can US politicians do this? Its stupid, might as well not give any subsidies at all.

So essentially you are asking people to work for free. Why should they spend their time and effort on working on your idea? You got to make people believe that you are going to make it and their investment will not go to waste.
You are not doing yourself a favor by being stingy on the details. You say you are a founder but of what kind of startup? What are you building? Are you making any profit?
Most importantly, do you really need employees right now? They are expensive and make things complicate. Outsource when possible and hire a VA
I can say I am one of the people that made this "achievement" possible. I spend most of my day starting at a monitor.
