Blueshift | Software Engineer(s) | Full time | Remote | https://blueshift.com/jobs/

Blueshift is a fast growing enterprise SaaS company in the Marketing Technology and Customer Experience space. We were ranked #23 in the Bay Area in terms of revenue growth by Deloitte. We help brands like Udacity, BBC, LendingTree, Paypal, Houzz, Stitch Fix, Discovery media automate and personalize their marketing customer engagement at scale. We are 100 people currently, and plan to grow to 170 in 2021 across multiple locations (San Francisco, Charlotte, Pune India, remote ok). You get the true startup experience of working in a small team, and yet experiencing high growth.

We have a modern tech stack built with microservices architecture on AWS. In terms of programming languages, we use Golang where we need high concurrency, Erlang when we need distributed computing, Ruby on Rails for APIs/dashboard and business logic, Python for our machine learning pipelines. We use multiple databases including Cassandra/ScyllaDB, REDIS, ElasticSearch, Hbase, Druid, S3, Postgres and more, we optimize for “data usage” versus “data storage”. Massive data scale (nearly a petabyte of data).

Hiring for:

Real-time and distributed systems engineers

Full-stack engineers

Data services engineers

SRE & DevOps

Security Engineer
