Maybe load up some rolling stone's(the magazine) lists on your favorite streaming service, and read the Wikipedia entry for each band/song that interests you. They aren't in chronological order, but they have top 500 lists for the most important albums, songs and musicians.
I wonder how targeted tracking adds value to businesses in ways other than advertising profits. A large portion of interet users block ads, so what good is the data?
I also did point (4). I talked to my grandma on the phone. I called her an hour before I took it, but she called back an hour after I took it. The surprising thing is that I actually didn't have a bad trip. It was just pretty meh after I tried everything in the vicinity.
I recommend asking yourself if an idiot would do what you are going to do. Do the opposite. I took lsd by myself, with no one home at 5pm. And only while the effects started to take place did I begin researching the effects. I did not know that you can't sleep when on acid for instance. So maybe don't listen to me. I'm also not so hot mentally, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I took lsd for the first time two weeks ago and sometimes when I zone out, geometric patterns like carpet appears to morph. I'm not really good at understanding my own thought process, so I can't really tell if it affects me in other areas. From my extremely limited experience however, I would warn against casually taking any psychedelics. For me at least it was a needless experience, with needless aftereffects.
Is there any U.N charters or resolutions that would discourage a nation state such as Russia, from simultaneously censoring its own population, and abusing free speech of another country to create strains?
The FBI is very goood at dissuading discourse about its more sketchy practices. Imagine a warrant that the FBI does not have to get from the a Judge, one that a recipient can not talk about publicly without risk of going to jail. Nicholas Merrill received a mandate(national security letter) saying he must give the FBI one of his clients files and never speak of the the mandate. He said in a interview, that one year an estimated 50,000 businesses received such a mandate. He was the first person to challenge them in court.
The funny thing is that in this case and another nsl case, the FBI later dropped the request, making it difficult to sue.
Atheletes are vehicles for advertisers. Athetic gear is arguably a hybrid between clothing and equipment. I don't know any reputable golf clubs or soccer balls that aren't branded. I wouldn't say that old Navy is advertising themselves with their logo; they seem to be imatating the biggest players.
