I think the first step is to produce a GPU that integrates well with Intel CPUs. The next Metal version will need to have even deeper hardware integration while external GPUs support will be a solution for those who need AMD or NVIDIA solutions.
I got the XZ1 Compact. I love it. It's faster and smaller than iPhone X and doesn't overheat. USB-C with QuickCharge 3.0 takes 1h to get to 85% charge then battery last 2 days and 8h of screen usage.
It has backlight bleeding around the ambient light sensor. I can't replace it, but I can live with it.
GMSArena reported Sony is working on a Compact with 5-inch screen and 18:9 aspect ratio. This will be the perfect phone to own.
If they add a first factor (4 digits PIN code) and this as a second factor, then I think we have a winner. The PIN code will protect you from insecure networks, losing your phone, theft and it's easy to remember.
The PIN code is a weak link, but doesn’t do much without your phone. Your phone is a weak link, but you won’t get the SMS without the PIN code. Chained together they’re almost stupid and fail proof.
It is. We invented the arabic numerals because they were easy to draw and we could written any numbers with them. Just like we invented higher lever computer languages instead of using assembly.
