My entire region has been overrun by Mexican immigrants. There are more Mexicans here than Mexico. They are poor, and they bring their poverty with them, driving down wages and sales prices everywhere and turning the place into a slum. The locals (natives) aren't the beneficiaries of this arrangement. Only the governments and businesses.

I am an American and what you are saying is 100% correct. You're just about 10 levels above the knowledge/understanding of the highly propagandized geeks who post here. Quoted for truth:

The other day I was digging through a grocery store dumpster, pulling out a truck load of good food for free, as usual. A couple young Indian immigrants came walking by, avoiding eye contact with this dirty, low class American. I offered one of them a beer. He was excited for about .5 seconds, then asked, "Wait, did that come out of the dumpster?" and suddenly decided he didn't want it. Shrug. Back to the cubicle for him I guess.

Both governments and corporations are joined at the hip and are effectively the same. Just like the Republicans and Democrats, and everything else too, like brands of laundry detergent and food labels. It's all owned by the same group of people with the same goal: enslavement of humanity.
Just wanted to say I feel ya man. I've been LONG term unemployed also. In my 40s now and my life is continually circling the drain. Wish I had good advice to give, but there is none to be found. There's not much hope out there and things are only going to get worse as we are headed into economic collapse. The world is in a really, really shitty place right now.
