In the future we'll do two things (1) a built-in marketplace, and (2) a pro account with powerful collaboration.
The marketplace is a space where Vectr users will be able to create/share/sell design assets to one another. The pro account will include things like built-in version control, clickable mockups, prototyping tools, etc.
It will be eventually, yep, but not quite yet. We've already built the majority of this technology, but we're still missing bits and pieces for true collaborative editing, so we've got this "turned off" for now.
Expect this feature, real Google-docs style editing, to drop late fall ;)

Depends on your area I guess. In North-Eastern Asia my experience is that 'expats' refers to those who have moved for good, and anyone staying temporarily is just a 'foreigner'.
