Learn something new. Go to udemy.com, choose one course with a practical effect, buy it on the discount ($9-$12, not more) and just follow it carefully. I can recommend Max Schwarzmueller as a teacher as I like his style and pleasent voice (https://www.udemy.com/user/maximilian-schwarzmuller/) but it's up to you. Take one thing like, CSS or Vue, as that will give you a quick win with a visual result, achievement and fun beside of trying and learning something new.
Best!
I guess it is less the uni than the first job(s). On the uni for me it was everything from assembler, c, bash to java and matlab so rather no chances for catching an accent.
But later working with some folks and doing much coding on my own could create some style, like naming the methods or the overall way of thinking of and structuring the code.
Also the Clean Code and Thinking in Patterns books could shape that in some way.
The same here. Being a member for ca. 9 years. After they made IEEE Spectrum digital only and even badges digital only, I completly lost my interest due to high expenses and limited overall value. Those two little physical things were a real bond to IEEE.
Maybe it works for specialists in the narrow fields, but as I shifted from electronics to IT, I could not find real benefits for myself there, even in the "Computer" section.
Thank you for this hint. I checked both the app and the website and I don't have this feature. Or maybe I do have it in the chat but not yet visible in Settings...? I will keep an eye on this.
> Recipe sites are convoluted with ads and articles used for search engine optimization. We want a minimalistic way of storing the recipes that we like and want share and to be able to read from my phone while working in the kitchen.
Remember that the treadmill is heavy. Mine is like 35kg. It is compact, foldable, but it is not something you want to play with every day (despite of nice promotional videos showing how easy it is to hide it under the bed). Also consider a rubber mat (like ie. tacx) to put under because of noise and weight distributed on several legs and not the whole surface.
Basically I am in a similar situation (my optimal speed was 3km/h) but I gave up as I had no space for treadmill AND the chair. I tried with the gymnastic ball but it take also much space when fully blown.
So what do you do after those 4 hours? You put the treadmill away and sit on the chair, you change the desks, you put a gymnastic ball on top on the treadmill to sit on it?
This question motivates me to rethink the whole operational strategy and to start using it again and maybe your answer would give a fresh idea how to solve my limited space issue. Thanks.
I guess the one saying about things happening for a reason, or going further, the reason why they happen is to give us a chance to act on them in some way, talks to me the most.
