Not surprising considering there is 50 % reservation for lower castes inside India. This results much lower cutoffs for government colleges and jobs for lower caste, so upper caste feel the country doesn't respect them and they leave the country. Why work twice or thrice as hard just because your caste is different while most of your taxes goes to benefit rich reserved people? I'd much rather work in a foreign country that everyone equally.
