We're looking for product engineers that ship high-quality software and are good at talking to users and understanding requirements. You're comfortable across the stack and own features end-to-end. A strong sense for good UI/UX is required. Experience in 3D modeling / CAD / BIM is a big plus.
Stack: Python (FastAPI), Postgres, Redis, React/TypeScript, React Native/Expo, Terraform/Kubernetes on AWS & Azure. Fully remote, three off-sites/year, ~38 paid days off, competitive salary + equity.

We're currently looking for exceptional engineers / designers:
- Senior Full-Stack Engineer (backend-heavy, Python; 8+ years). Expert Python, Terraform and CI/CD, experience with AWS/Azure, comfortable working in React/TypeScript when needed.
- Senior Full-Stack Engineer (frontend-heavy, UI/UX; 8+ years). Deep React/TypeScript expertise, strong sense for UI/UX, proven track record of shipping user-facing products, comfortable with backend when needed.
Cogram is an LLM-based productivity platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). Our product automates a growing number of AEC workflows such as meeting notes, site visits, project administration, mail management and RFP bidding.
We're looking for a senior / staff / principal full-stack software engineer (8+ years of experience) who excels at solving complex problems and delivering solid performance. You'll develop software for a system that serves thousands of users, with enterprise-grade requirements on robustness and reliability.
Requirements: Expert knowledge in Python; at least good working knowledge in Javascript / Typescript / React; excellent writing and communication skills. Bonus skills: Expo / React Native, Puppeteer / Playwright, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL Python. Location: remote or Berlin, start date ASAP.
