The manufacturers have a review embargo in place, and the "influencers" release their reviews as soon as they're able to. So ya, it's coordinated, but not by some crazy influencer cabal.
Oakdale is more than just a town in Minnesota. It's a first ring suburb of St Paul, the capital of the state. Also, it wasn't limited to Oakdale. It covered a huge swatch of the east metro.

Facts. My mom was an Endo nurse for 40 years, and it's true that they don't care. That said, the single most important thing you can do is just be a nice person. They see a lot of people at their worst, and a nice, kind person will put a smile on their faces.
