No. I chose the top 5 with the assumption that those are the most interesting ones of the week. I could add more or all, but it will also look less nice with a big list heh
Just released into the wild a new tool I've quickly built during the weekend. Every week it shows the top IPOs based on the interest from the readers of my newsletter.
Right now I'm just counting based on how many people ask to be notified per each ticker, but later I'm thinking in adding some more signals (eg. clicks on links), give some weight to each, and build a score from it. But for now, this is just a simple MVP and serves as information for who's interested.
It's just easier and faster for me, as I've been working full mode with TS for the last 3 or 4 years, so it's hard/weird to go back to just javascript. Those strong types are a life saver!
Thanks! Number 2 takes a bit more time, but I'll implement it when I have time as it is a great idea. And I just implemented point 1 now, hope this helps!
When uploading a new video you can select the language the video is in, to have the best accuracy possible. At the moment we support 20+ languages, but some are still in beta (aka, not the best accuracy).
Hello HN, I'm Miguel and I'm a developer at Subly.
7-months ago we launched Subly beta, it was an amazing start to our journey! Since launch we've made so many changes to our platform, and talked to our customers every single day to get all kinds of feedback. It has been months in the making... but now it’s ready for the world!
Now over 17k users have felt the same pain and joined Subly to make their content editing and styling easier. Simply put, it’s saving people days of time, tonnes of budget, making workflows super simple, and most importantly helping people around the world create better content with better engagement.
