People are dismissive not because of the technology or "you could just do that with a shell script" reasons. They're dismissive because it's security and privacy worst practice to give this data to a third party. Mighty may be an incredible feat of engineering for all I know, but I would tell everyone I know to avoid it because it's a bad idea to hand over your browsing data.
