Same case in Australia I guess? India on the other hand has leap frogged many developed countries here. Fiber to home with unlimited data is quite reasonable.
There is definitely support, but it is nowhere near what is documented in FHIR website. You can look at the search capabilities for example : https://www.hl7.org/fhir/search.html.
Open EMR was the first choice for our project, but it did fit our workflow needs and the UI/UX is also quite outdated. It's FHIR api also had minimal support. So we ended up building our own EMR on top of HAPI FHIR repository, (https://hapifhir.io).
It would be more appropriate to have on a economy basis. Recently the Indian Government took this step to provide 10% additional reservation based on for the general category (forward caste people). There was huge outcry in the country from people belonging to the backward castes, but most of it came from political quarters. I think in general all people want is not to be left out rather than deny other people's rights.
In India this kind of delivery is still the norm from local grocery shops as labour is cheap and the shop always sells the products at maximum retail price without any discounts.
The Indian government has been mandating all utility providers to link the biometric details of the subscribers to their account. With the rising number of criminal cases due to misuse of laws such as those used in marital disputes, the government can easily control what services to provide or deny its citizens based on centrally available biometric database which it could not have done before. Of course this is just a crazy theory for now which can hopefully never happen due to this much needed judgement.
This is awesome, great way to support the segment who can't afford a regular plan or who doesn't need one. I've heard from many auto rickshaw wallas that they don't make enough from cab services like Ola. Any thoughts of leveraging your network to provide value added services for them?
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8689377 seems to suggest increased paranoia with alcohol consumption as well. Probably makes the condition worse rather than being the root cause.
India is exactly the same, for its much hyped democracy, it is one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Recently there is a trend for implicating husbands and relatives in criminal cases just because the wife didn't get along. All interested parties including lawyers, judges, police get involved for financial gain.
It's not just awareness but also constant reminders to buy things that have been left on your shopping cart. One can see such contents not only on sidebars of websites, but also on apps like TrueCaller which are mixing ads more effectively as part of their content.
