I once used Charles Proxy to change all the game configs for Candy Crush Saga on my phone back in 2013 by intercepting and replacing the API requests - I made all the puzzles have 1-2 colors and infinite powerups. I guess they didn't care much about the security because I ended up spending way more time in the game

One in three patients in the US skips taking their medications because their copays are too high. At Sempre, we improve adherence by offering discounts for taking medications on time. We engage with patients entirely over SMS.
We are looking for engineers to architect, iterate, and scale the Sempre product to hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. Our challenging technical problems include building an SMS bot with our patients, optimizing our pricing algorithm to drive the most adherence per dollar spent, and scaling our systems to serve hundreds of thousands of patients this year.

Patients receive texts like, “If you pick up your rx by Sunday you’ll pay $20. If you wait until next week, this goes up to $30.” Then, wherever they fill, Sempre’s integrations with the pharmacy switch, ensure they get the right price.
The product we’re building helps patients afford medications they need. As our fourth engineer, you will have both autonomy and responsibility. You will decide and own the most important projects. You will design new products and features from scratch, get team buy-in, implement, and deploy. You will work cross functionally with patient operations, data science, and business development teams to deliver and see the impact of your high impact products. We won’t add significant process, checks, and balances to your flow - we trust each other to produce high quality work.
