You can look for smart glasses (hey cyan) in aliexpress, and use claude/codex to reverse engineer. There's a guy who put an sdk on github. All you need is bluetooth to your phone, and of you go. You can build an app that does whatever you want within the firmware limitations of the glasses.

It is, but it's not usable right now without some patches to postgres. At least that was the case as of PG17, and very likely 18 too.

I am looking forward to the day it supports table access methods that enables variety of use cases out of box.

Something like rocksdb as PG backend would be fantastic. Yugabyte does this but it's not PG.

Yes, the guy clearly spent more of his time than it's worth - you can buy a wifi dongle for a few bucks on aliexpress.

But that's exactly the point of such experience. It's a challenge, and the guy/gal nailed it.
