I work in k-12 and let me stop you right there. If you want to change a society then you better start with the parents and not rely on the school to raise your child.
I agree with you. It doesn't seem far fetched at all to require that information. I don't use Uber but a lot of points in the bill could easily be built into the app (if it's not already).
Just because an account is less than a year old doesn't mean the person behind the account is new here. I'm certainly not. But thanks for trying to be the internet police. Also, just because a person visits both sites doesn't mean we NEED the circle-jerk BS here.
