Just some feedback for the company and people applying.
I interviewed here earlier this year and this was by far the worst interview process I have seen (was also told to expect start up like hours).
A Skype that was irrelevant to my resume which left me depressed by the end, somehow passed that. Then, I got a ~50 page manual on the take home task which took 3-4ish hours of a Saturday and after weeks of silence I got a no as it didn't pass some cases.
