I’ve done it before with 2 jobs at large enterprise companies. The hardest part was job n+1. Figuring out what to put on your resume becomes surprisingly tricky. Going the route of being completely honest has tended not to work out in my favor, so I’ve typically had to pick 1 of N jobs for the given timeline. It also kind of hurts you in the sense that 1/N jobs doesn’t portray you as well as N/N jobs (in terms of total capacity) for when you are trying to apply for that 1 job you really care about.
Also personally I found that the money wasn’t really worth it. I somehow just increased my cost of living and spent it all. Your mileage may vary.
To answer your original question—- the consequences probably won’t come from the employers, they will shake out in more subtle ways.
