Undervalued refactoring/modernization of legacy code, not necessarily implementing a whole new stack. Just paying technical debt.
But some think that if you stop providing features or fixes at the fastest pace possible or if you stop to refactor you're just wasting time or slacking off.
Same here in El Salvador, retained my package and after not notifying (got an ISP log of missed/entry calls and no emails) wanted to charge me 40USD aside of the usual "other charges" 50USD.
As it was with Boromir (who wanted it for good) or Gandalf when he denies taking the ring.
They could've ended doing evil with initial noble intentions, that's how the ring would've exploited them.
This sounds so wonderful, even as a Tolkien fan, I always thought that many at the side of Saruman and Co. were doing what they thought best, and eventually may even refine their arts to match those of the elves.
Exactly, I've been annoyed more than once by pure whining on the format/color/navigation of a site and little to no comments on content. [Now going meta whining about the whining, but I'll try not to do it again, I promise]
