Yeah, when I saw the title I thought they were announcing a week of turning off the waiting screen that comes while cloudflare does whatever it's doing - who cares if DNS/HTTP(S) cut milliseconds if you have to spend seconds staring at an artificial waiting screen before actually opening the site. Bonus points, of course, for the delay that is CAPTCHA.

Blame the website owners. Tor can be whitelisted in seconds on CloudFlare.
