He's certainly got no qualms with getting in bed with an authoritarian wannabe dictator. He turned that Nvidia conference into a Trump ass-kissing conference. He literally said:

Aren't the US investors the villain in this scenario? If there was any safer bet, they'd be taking it.
Apple is a monopolist, Google is an advertising monopolist, Tesla is a Stockholm Syndrome cult, and Amazon and Facebook are both run by comically unlikable sycophants. Nvidia is the only tech business making something people want.

Nobody buys NVIDIA stock for safety. There are idiots who convinced themselves Treasuries aren't safe as U.S. dollar investments. But they're either economically irrelevant or, if they have money or influence over money, not practicing as they preach.
